Return and Refund Policy

At Hug Design Co., Ltd., all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any product or order.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at sales@hugstickercustom.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All items sold by Hug Design Co., Ltd. are non-returnable, including:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Sale items or gift cards.
- Any product outside of damage or defect claims.

European Union 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU regulations. However, this does not apply to:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Items that are opened, used, or not in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

As all sales are final, refunds are not available. In the case of a defective or damaged item, we will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution on a case-by-case basis. If applicable, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
