Welcome to Hug Sticker Custom! By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms:

1. Return and Refund Policy: All sales are final except for defective or incorrect items. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any product or order. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us at sales@hugstickercustom.com within 7 days of receipt, with photos or evidence of the issue. Approved claims will be processed promptly.

2. Shipping Policy: Locations: We ship worldwide to areas serviced by DHL. Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 0–3 business days. Delivery Times: Domestic (Thailand): 1–3 business days. International: 3–15 business days, depending on location, customs clearance, and courier handling. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

3. Customs and Duties: We kindly remind our customers that import duties, VAT, and taxes are determined by your country’s customs authority. Hug Sticker Custom is not able to clear these charges on your behalf. Any applicable fees will need to be settled by the customer directly with customs at the time of delivery.

4. Tracking and Accountability: A tracking number will be sent by email once your order ships. Hug Sticker Custom is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. We are happy to assist you in the claims process, but ultimate responsibility rests with the courier.

5. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Applicable only to eligible, non-custom products shipped to the EU. Contact sales@hugstickercustom.com within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
