  1. Shipping Locations
    We ship worldwide from Thailand to any location served by DHL. If DHL cannot deliver to your area, you will be notified at checkout.

  2. Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

  3. Shipping Carriers
    We primarily use DHL for all shipments. Shopify will display any available carriers or options at checkout if additional shipping methods are offered.

  4. Processing Time
    Orders are processed within 0–3 business days, depending on the design and customization of the product.

  5. Estimated Delivery Times
    International: Typically 3–15 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.

  6. Order Tracking
    Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your package via DHL’s website or our order tracking page.

  7. Customs Fees and Import Duties
    Customs Fees and Import Duties
    Import duties, customs fees, taxes, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient and must be paid directly to the relevant customs authority or shipping carrier when required.

    Hug Sticker custom is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or additional charges incurred upon arrival in the destination country. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations and applicable fees before placing an order.
    By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges.

  8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
    We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages. If an issue arises, please contact DHL directly for assistance.
