1.What are the benefits of your sticker adhesive?
: Our stickers use 3M Comply™ technology for quick, bubble-free installation.
They come with durable acrylic adhesive that’s both removable and residue-free.
The film also offers light protection against scratches and weather for everyday use
2.What is the difference between Glossy and Matte?
: Glossy finishes have a shiny, reflective surface that makes colors appear more vibrant and sharp. The reflective quality can give a polished and sleek look.
: Matte finishes, on the other hand, have a flat, non-reflective surface. Colors may appear softer and more subdued, providing a more understated and elegant look.
3.Why doesn’t the sticker cover the entire vehicle, and why can you still see the original motor bike color?
: Sticker kit is one of our product it’s ready-made stickers and designed to be the most easy installed by customers.
4.What’s the difference between thin and thick laminated stickers?
: Thin Laminate (6.7 mil / 170 microns): Highly flexible and easy to install, even on curved surfaces and tight corners. It protects against scratches, UV rays, and common stains like bird droppings and bug marks. Helps preserve the original color vibrancy of your bike.
: Thick Laminate (11 mil / 280 microns): Offers stronger protection from UV rays, scratches, and stone chips. Features self-healing technology that helps repair light surface scratches over time. Water-spot resistant, easy to clean, and keeps your vehicle looking fresh

Are the stickers easy to install? Can I do it myself?
Yes, our stickers are designed for easy DIY installation. They are made from high-quality materials with user-friendly patterns and come with an installation guide.
Surface Preparation: Clean and dry the surface to ensure the sticker adheres smoothly.
Tools: Use a squeegee or a hard card to apply the sticker and reduce air bubbles.
Repositioning: If misplaced, you can quickly peel it off and reapply without leaving glue residue.
For a flawless result, we offer professional installation services (available within Thailand).
What materials are used for your stickers?
We use premium-grade PVC materials designed specifically for vehicles, offering excellent durability, environmental resistance, and strong adhesion.

How long do your stickers last?
Our stickers are made from high-quality materials and generally last 2-5 years, depending on the grade and environmental conditions.

- Care: Regular cleaning and avoiding harsh chemicals can help extend the life of your sticker.
- Surface Type: Smooth, clean surfaces ensure longer-lasting adhesion.
How do I remove a sticker? Will it leave any residue?
Our stickers are easy to remove without leaving residue when taken off within the recommended period.
- Use a Hair Dryer: Apply medium heat to the sticker to soften the adhesive.
- Peel Carefully: Start from one corner and peel slowly to keep the sticker intact.
- Clean Surface: If any adhesive remains, you can remove it with mild soapy water.
- Rest assured, our stickers use non-damaging adhesive, preserving the original surface.

Do you offer installment plans?
Yes, we offer flexible installment plans with terms up to 36 months. For added convenience, our installment options include credit card payments through leading banks, allowing customers to choose a plan that fits their budget and timeline.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Can you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We offer international shipping to a variety of countries via DHL, ensuring reliable and timely delivery. We ship worldwide to areas serviced by DHL.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Shipping costs depend on the destination and weight of the items. We’ll calculate the total cost and inform you before shipping.
How long does production and shipping take?
We prioritize efficiency and quality in production and shipping. Orders are processed within 0–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
- Production Time: Standard Orders take around 2-3 business days after design confirmation. Custom Designs or Large Orders may take 5-7 additional business days depending on complexity.
- Shipping Time:Domestic (Thailand): 3-7 business days.International: 5-21 business days, depending on location, customs clearance, and courier handling.
- For urgent requests, please inform our team, and we’ll do our best to accommodate expedited shipping. For more information or to check the status of your order, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping may be available for orders that meet the minimum purchase requirement. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
Who is responsible for customs and import duties?
We kindly remind our customers that import duties, VAT, and taxes are determined by your country’s customs authority. Hug Sticker Custom is not able to clear these charges on your behalf. Any applicable fees will need to be settled by the customer directly with customs at the time of delivery.
How can I track my order, and what happens if it is lost or delayed?
A tracking number will be sent by email once your order ships so you can monitor your package status throughout its journey. Hug Sticker Custom is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. We are happy to assist you in the claims process, but ultimate responsibility rests with the courier.
5. Returns & Warranty
What is your return and refund policy?
All sales are final except for defective or incorrect items. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any product or order. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us at sales@hugstickercustom.com within 7 days of receipt, with photos or evidence of the issue. Approved claims will be processed promptly.
Do you offer a cooling-off period for EU customers?
Yes, an EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period is applicable only to eligible, non-custom products shipped to the EU. Contact sales@hugstickercustom.com within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
